At the heart of the Bird lies a piston-driven vacuum brewing method, allowing for greater control over extraction and enabling the use of finer grinds than traditional pour-over methods. By eliminating bypass entirely, it delivers a consistently clean, full-bodied cup with no compromise on flavour.

Thoughtfully designed for both performance and practicality, the Bird features removable components for easy cleaning and an integrated drip catcher for a mess-free experience. Its sleek aesthetic and unique brewing mechanism distinguish it from espresso, French press, or pour-over techniques—creating a category of its own.

Aptly named BIRD (short for Brew In Reverse Direction), it is the first non-bypass brewer to harness piston-driven vacuum pressure within a glass vessel.
