Update:
Adam reached out to me and I have to say that the after sales support has been excellent. The supplier issue has since been sorted and going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Prime Coffee Suppliers.

A mixed experience. I think I was a bit unlucky so want to try and be fair in this review.
I ordered some new burrs and did promptly recieve some in the post. Unfortunately, these were the incorrect burrs for my grinder (a much cheaper and incompatible set).
This did take much longer to resolve than I'd have hoped (16 days), and I did find myself getting frustrated at times as it was hard to get an ETA for a resolution. It is worth noting this was over the christmas period so a bit of a perfect storm.
To their credit, they did source the correct burrs from another supplier and the customer services team are friendly and do pick up the phone and reply to emails / online chat. The fault also felt like it sat with their supplier rather than them (the supplier would be getting a 1* review!).
I do wish the team all the best and hope they have a word with their supplier (who still haven't sent the return slip for the incorrect burrs 🤦♂️).
