Precision Crafting for the Perfect Cup

The Nucleus Link sample roaster is a pinnacle of modern coffee technology, specifically engineered to provide an accurate and honest expression of green coffee beans. Utilising a sophisticated fluid-bed (hot air) heating system, it handles batch sizes between 50g and 100g with remarkable consistency. One of its standout features is the innovative ambient temperature start, which matches the internal bean temperature to the surrounding environment. This method ensures a more even roast and significantly reduces gassy CO2 levels, allowing coffee professionals to cup and evaluate the coffee's full flavour profile much sooner than traditional methods allow.

Designed for uncompromising reliability on the move, the Link is housed in a military-grade, shockproof, and waterproof travel case, making it an essential companion for farm visits. Its intelligence is powered by the Link App and Studio software, which offer over 800 pre-loaded roasting profiles developed by industry experts. With integrated bean density measurement and altitude calibration, the roaster automatically adjusts its fan speed and thermal momentum to ensure that a profile roasted at sea level tastes identical to one roasted in the highlands of a coffee origin.
