The Mahlkönig DK15LS industrial coffee grinder features double-sided, 130 mm special steel burrs with a toothed geometry on each side. When one side wears out, the burrs can be rotated 180°, effectively doubling their lifespan. Designed for high-output grinding of up to 200 kg per hour, the DK15LS delivers consistent results across a wide grind range, from espresso to French press. 

Compared to other DK15 models, this one offers higher grinding capacity (120 kg/h fine, 130 kg/h medium) and features fully hardened cast steel burrs, making it a more durable and efficient choice.

Built For Nonstop Grinding with Smart Protection

Equipped with a 30 kg bean hopper and a 200-litre ground container, the DK15LS is built for continuous, heavy-duty use. It includes key features like integrated hopper magnets to protect the burrs, a lock plate to interrupt feeding, and a sealed discharge chute to minimise dust. Only genuine Mahlkönig burrs should be used to ensure proper performance, safety, and warranty protection, as imitations can affect compatibility and reliability.
