For ultimate precision, the Strada S features independent saturated boilers and Dual PID control, allowing baristas to precisely manage coffee and steam temperatures independently.

Enhancements in the Second Generation Strada

The second generation Strada modernises the original design with a lower profile to enhance customer engagement and barista workspace. It features Pro Touch steam wands that stay cool to the touch and is available in two configurations: the AV, with programmable doses and an adjustable drip tray, and the ABR, featuring integrated scales. Designed for the modern café, the Strada S includes Eco Mode for energy efficiency, a USB port for firmware updates, and La Marzocco Pro App compatibility.
