Conical Paddle System
The latest conical valve system ensures gradual regulation of water flow and pressure. The paddle valve manages pre-infusion as the volumetric pump operates at maximum power, enabling the barista to execute pre-infusion on one group while the other group extracts coffee, creating a well-rounded extraction. All that’s left for you to do is to grind, dose, and tamp.
