Formulated by specialist eco-cleaning producer Cafetto, Cafetto MFC Red Tablets are high-performance acidic cleaning tablets engineered to break down stubborn milk fats, proteins, and mineral scale buildup inside automatic milk lines and frothers.
Performing exceptionally well even in colder water, this targeted formula safeguards internal seals, prevents scale blockages, and maintains hygienic milk flow. Available in 4g (100 pack) and 2.1g (120 pack) doses, they are designed to alternate with MFC Blue (alkaline) tablets for a complete acid-alkaline rotation that ensures peak equipment performance and pure milk flavour.
Instructions
- Add 1 tablet to 130 mL of warm water in a container or jug.
- Stir until the tablet is completely dissolved.
- Insert the milk frother suction tube into the solution.
- Flush the entire solution through the milk system, following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
- Once the solution has been dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 litre of clean water and flush it through the milk system to rinse thoroughly.
