Organic Milk System Hygiene for Automatic Frothers
Formulated by specialist eco-cleaning producer Cafetto, Cafetto MFC Powder Eco (500g) is an organic-certified alkaline cleaning powder engineered to break down milk fats, proteins, and residues from automatic milk frothing systems and steam wands.
Certified by ACO and NSF-listed, this 100% rapidly biodegradable, phosphate-free formula cleans deeply without harming delicate internal valves, seals, or metal parts. It dissolves quickly in cold water to ensure thorough hygienic sanitation—preventing unpleasant odours, stopping flavour cross-contamination, and eliminating blockages so your machine consistently produces dense, velvety milk foam.
Instructions
- Flush milk out of system with 500mL of fresh water.
- Add one 10g sachet to 500mL (2 cups) fresh cold water in a container or jug.
- Stir until powder is completely dissolved.
- Flush the entire solution through the milk system following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
- Once the solution is dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 Litre (4 cups) of clean water and flush through the milk system to thoroughly rinse.
- Do not mix with other chemicals.
