Aligned with the UK Consumer Rights Act, this isn't just a promise—it’s your legal safeguard. Whether you’ve chosen a prosumer dual-boiler machine or a precision burr grinder, you are fully covered against manufacturing faults from day one.   

What’s Covered?  

We’ve kept our warranty straightforward so you can focus on perfecting your puck prep:

• Parts & Components: Any internal parts that fail due to manufacturing defects are covered for the full 24-month period.   

• Back-to-Base Repairs: Should your equipment require technical attention, it will be serviced by expert technicians in one of our dedicated UK workshops.

• Home Technician Repairs: Where possible we may send a technician to your home on an agreed day to repair and/or diagnose your technical issue.

• Full Replacement: In the unlikely event that our engineers cannot restore your machine to its peak performance, we will provide a like-for-like replacement.

• Phone Support: We can offer dedicated phone and Email support if you have any questions or technical concerns about your machine.

The Fine Print

While we stand by the build quality of our range, please note that this warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects.

• Inclusive of: Mechanical or electrical failures resulting from the production process.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover "wear and tear" from daily use, accidental damage, or issues caused by a lack of regular maintenance (such as limescale build-up or failure to backflush).

Expert Tip: To keep your warranty valid and your espresso tasting its best, always use filtered water and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning schedule.

** This warranty is only valid from the date of delivery of your equipment. This warranty cannot be purchased as a standalone warranty, especially if you have purchased equipment elsewhere

*** Only valid on Home/Domestic equipment used in a home environment. Any equipment used in a Business or Commercial setting invalidates this warranty and the 'Consumer Rights Act for a repair, return or refund'
