• Zero Call-Out Fees: We’ve scrapped the standard industry call-out charges. If you need us, we’re there.

• Full Labour Coverage: No hourly rates or unexpected service fees. The cost of the technician’s time is entirely covered.

Key Information

• Duration: 24 Months of full coverage from the date of installation.

• Applicability: Valid for all only certain espresso machines and industrial grinders purchased through Prime Coffee Suppliers.

• Exclusions: Please note that this plan covers mechanical and manufacturing faults. It does not cover issues arising from poor water quality (limescale), lack of daily cleaning, or accidental damage.
