Invest in your coffee equipment with confidence. At Prime Coffee Suppliers, our 12-Month Parts Warranty is designed to protect you against the cost of unexpected component failure, helping to keep your machine performing at its best.

This parts-only warranty provides coverage for key internal components, while maintaining a flexible, transparent approach to labour and servicing.

What’s Covered?

We stand by the quality of our equipment. If an internal mechanical or electrical component fails within the first 12 months due to a manufacturing defect or standard operational wear, the cost of the replacement part is covered.

  • Parts Replacement: Coverage includes internal components such as heating elements, power boards, and similar essential parts.
  • Genuine Components: All replacement parts supplied are authentic to ensure continued performance and reliability.

What’s Not Included

This is a parts-only agreement, meaning additional service costs are not covered:

  • Labour & Call-Out Charges: Engineer time, diagnostics, travel, and on-site service fees are charged separately.
  • External & Aesthetic Parts: Items such as outer panels, drip trays, and glass components are not included.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Limescale or Environmental Damage: Including issues caused by poor water quality, milk ingress, or inadequate cleaning.
  • Consumable Parts: Such as group gaskets, shower screens, and steam wand seals.
  • Misuse or Accidental Damage: Including vandalism, improper use, or unauthorised modifications.

Maintenance Requirements

To ensure the warranty remains valid, the following must be maintained:

  • Water Filtration: A manufacturer-approved water filter must be installed and replaced at least every 12 months.
  • Daily Cleaning: Equipment must be cleaned regularly using appropriate, industry-approved products.
  • Service Access: Reasonable access must be provided for authorised engineers when required.

Additional Terms

  • Duration: 12 months from the effective date of the agreement.
  • Compliance: Responsibility for regulatory requirements (e.g. pressure system safety compliance) remains with the customer.
