After living with the ECM Synchronika II, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment you unbox it, the level of engineering and build quality is obvious. Every component feels solid, precise and built to last, giving the impression that this is a machine designed for decades of use rather than just a few years.

What has impressed me most is its consistency. Temperature stability is excellent, the rotary pump is exceptionally quiet, steam performance is outstanding, and the entire workflow feels refined and effortless. Once the machine is dialled in, it simply gets out of the way and lets you focus on making great coffee.

One thing I’ve learned is that a machine of this calibre deserves an equally capable grinder. I chose the Mazzer Mini G because consistency and repeatability were more important to me than constantly chasing the latest equipment. With quality beans and a proper grinder, the Synchronika II delivers remarkably repeatable results. When everything is dialled in, you can reproduce the same excellent espresso day after day with confidence.

The ECM Synchronika II is undoubtedly a significant investment, but it’s one I haven’t regretted for a moment. It combines beautiful craftsmanship, exceptional performance and a timeless design in a way that makes every coffee feel like an occasion. If you’re looking for a premium dual-boiler espresso machine built to an exceptionally high standard, I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

When the machine I bought had major delays they contacted me and let me know. The product itself is good

It was a long time coming (out of stock at the supplier) but when it finally arrived it had obviously been tested and was impressively packaged so it survived the journey from Italy. As compensation for the wait Prime Coffee sent me a free milk frothing jug. As it was out of stock at the supplier there really wasn’t anything they could have done about the situation. So overall I am very happy and enjoying my new machine which is consistently making great coffee.

A case study for human first, customer focused, customer service. I had questions pre purchase and got a live chat response within seconds. The same person followed up with me by email post purchase and responded to queries remarkably fast.

Lelit Cylindrical Knock Box

I have an original Rancillio Silvia for about 10 years now and it still functions perfectly.
I decided that I would like to buy the Silvia ProX, because it had two PID's which allows expressing coffee and steaming milk at the same time.
I researched everyone who was selling this machine and found Prime Coffee suppliers to have by far the best price. I am pleased I did, as I had a problem with the machine not functioning properly, so I contacted Prime Coffee, who were most helpful and willing to solve the problem. As it happened the machine returned back to normal as I think I overfilled the reservoir, and that may have been the problem.
I have been assured by Prime Coffee support team (Dante), that if the problem occurs again to contact them for help.

I upgraded from a Rancilio Silvia and it was well worth it. Steady temperature, pre-infusion, better steaming and lots of other seemingly insignificant upgrades which have made the whole coffee process more enjoyable.
