Purchased a new grinder from this company and very happy with the service. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with the first grinder I got sent but Adam quickly responded to my email, arranged for a replacement and a courier to collect the faulty unit within a couple of days. Don’t even bother to look for anybody else and waste your time by scanning all the others coffee shop suppliers, if you have a coffee shop, that’s where you need to go! Adam has been helping us from inception to picking a machine and finally placing an order, service has been top class. The Sanremo Cube has proven to be a leap forward when compared to coffee machines I have owned in the past. Not only does is it look great, but it also makes incredible coffee.

Getting the grind and extraction time right took me a while to perfect; however, once achieved it has delivered excellent coffee throughout Christmas with a house full of guests. It is also a constant topic of positive conversation.

I was nervous about investing such a large sum for this machine; but now, I am convinced that it is money well sent.

I would like to also thank Prime Coffee, Adam in particular. A small part was missing on delivery (Sanremo’s fault, not Prime Coffee). Adam could not have done more to rectify the problem. It truly was the personal touch despite being an online company - thanks Adam.
