Perfect Moose 12 Month Service Contract - All Inclusive

Ensure the on-going functioning and quality of your Perfect Moose Milk Frother with our silver service contract. Valid for 1 year and tailored specifically for this machine, our All Inclusive Service offers the full package to keep you up and running and support you should any issues arise. The annual Service will keep you machine healthy and the annual PSSR will keep you compliant with the ‘Pressure Systems Safety Regulation 2000’ UK legislative order.

Perfect Moose is a front runner in the industry at the moment, but it also needs careful maintenance, there are only a few service teams that are authorised to work on Perfect Moose in the UK, it's important to pick an Authorised dealer. 

This contract includes:

Annual Service:

A Service and Care annual service is carried out in situ on the customer’s premises at an agreed time and date. All service items will be replaced, the water filter will be replaced, the machine will be re-calibrated. 

The following work will be carried out.

• Inspection of frame, electrical wiring and all fittings
• Strip, clean, replace if needed dispense valves
• Visual inspection of all other parts of machine (advice given as seen)
• Replacement of water filter

Please note, NO de scale work can be carried out on-site 

Emergencies.

1 x Emergency call out including 1 hour on site.

25% off subsequent callouts & time on site.

Abortive calls will be charged at normal rates.

• Access to remote service technical support.

Exclusions 

This agreement will not cover

• Calls/work carried out due to operator error, misuse, abuse or failure to operate/clean the equipment in accordance with the manufacturers operating instructions.
• Any problems related to scale, or calls due to problems with onsite service provision (Electrics or water)
• Coffee related problems

Please note, the Perfect Moose only come with a 12 month parts warranty (unless specified otherwise). You will need to purchase a service contract like this one to maintain the health and operation of your machine.

Free Technical Support isn’t offered with our machines, but you will get free technical support with the purchase of a service contract.
