Any out of stock Mazzer Items or custom colours take 6-12 weeks from factory after ordering. Standard delivery for in stock items is 2-3 days.
Payment is needed upfront for any pre-orders. If you would like a certain colour please contact us or make the purchase and we will be in contact with delivery times.
If you purchase a pre-order, you will be allocated a unit in the next delivery. Your standard returns rights still apply and you can cancel at any time up too the delivery date. Once the item has been delivered the standard 30 days returns policy applies.
