Purchased a new grinder from this company and very happy with the service. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue with the first grinder I got sent but Adam quickly responded to my email, arranged for a replacement and a courier to collect the faulty unit within a couple of days. Don’t even bother to look for anybody else and waste your time by scanning all the others coffee shop suppliers, if you have a coffee shop, that’s where you need to go! Adam has been helping us from inception to picking a machine and finally placing an order, service has been top class.
