Was surprised just how much better the espresso was with this grinder over my previous Eureka Atom. Add to this the excellent GBS capabilities and you have a perfect high end home grinder.

Overall, it was an okay experience. Customer service were responsive and did resolve issues when I contacted them, which I appreciate, but the process felt more complicated than it should have been.

There was some disparity between the online chat bot and email responses regarding the delivery timescale, which added a bit of confusion. Delivery communication by UPS was poor — there was no tracking and the only estimate was “by the end of the day,” which isn’t ideal when waiting in for an expensive item. A time slot or live tracking would have helped. I was also asked to pay import fees that should have been included in the price (this was resolved very quickly once raised but was another email to send), and the machine arrived with an EU plug rather than a UK plug. This wasn’t meant to happen, and they did resolve it by sending an adapter. I could fit a UK plug myself, but this would invalidate the 2-year warranty.

We paid full price on pre-order, and after we had received the machine (which is fantastic), an in-stock email was sent offering a 5% discount code. That would have been a significant saving and was frustrating to see after completing the purchase.

That said, the Profitec Move itself is a beautiful machine. It heats up very quickly, the controls are intuitive, and it froths milk extremely well. The LED barista lights are a great touch, and while it’s slightly longer than expected, it’s still compact for a dual boiler. The bottomless portafilter makes dialing in much easier. It was well worth the wait and feels like a significant upgrade, especially compared with the Sage Oracle while saving some cost.

Nothing went seriously wrong, but the experience wasn’t especially smooth. It was okay, just not outstanding. I’d consider using them again, but I’d also compare with other retailers next time.

A perfect espresso from the start! It's looks on the kitchen counter are superb. I really appreciate the large external water reservoir. It is so nice to not have to view a dim sight glass.

The Profitect Move is a great espresso machine, perfect for my requirements and a decent upgrade from the mobile ‘OutIn’ I was using , which to be fair was pretty good too, but a nightmare in terms of workflow when more than one person wanted a coffee. The Move has plenty of features, as described, just need a decent grinder to get the most out of it . Budget permitting. The service from Prime Coffee was excellent no complaints , they kept me informed on my delivery on a regular basis and also sent me loads of coffee beans to try out and a free coffee plant ! Overall super service highly recommended!

Was delivered intact and fairly quickly considering it's come from Italy. Custom service was quick to sort out. Product is great and quality is really nice.

Gorgeous espresso, quiet, and handsome. Although it does weigh 2 full-sized racing greyhounds, so lift it from your knees.

Went above and beyond to help, when UPS demanded that we pay them an extra £350+ for ‘new tariff charges’ on our direct delivery from Milan. Responded immediately (at 6:30pm) to say that they would sort it out directly - and the machine was delivered next day, with nothing more to pay. And they were still the lowest price for the machine I wanted - which I love. Very happy customer.

I recently ordered my Profitec Move Coffee machine through Prime Coffee Suppliers. I am so glad I did, the whole experience was painless, my espresso machine came all the way from Italy, I got free coffee beans and to top it off a free coffee plant. They are also super responsive to emails and any concerns you may have. Overall defo a 5 star experience and highly recommended.

Adam reached out to me and I have to say that the after sales support has been excellent. The supplier issue has since been sorted and going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Prime Coffee Suppliers.

A mixed experience. I think I was a bit unlucky so want to try and be fair in this review.

I ordered some new burrs and did promptly recieve some in the post. Unfortunately, these were the incorrect burrs for my grinder (a much cheaper and incompatible set).

This did take much longer to resolve than I'd have hoped (16 days), and I did find myself getting frustrated at times as it was hard to get an ETA for a resolution. It is worth noting this was over the christmas period so a bit of a perfect storm.

To their credit, they did source the correct burrs from another supplier and the customer services team are friendly and do pick up the phone and reply to emails / online chat. The fault also felt like it sat with their supplier rather than them (the supplier would be getting a 1* review!).

I do wish the team all the best and hope they have a word with their supplier (who still haven't sent the return slip for the incorrect burrs 🤦‍♂️).
