Prime Coffee Suppliers offers a clear, reliable range of 1-Year Monthly Service Contracts: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Gold + Weekends, designed only for customers who purchase a new machine from us. These plans keep commercial bean-to-cup and traditional espresso machines running at peak performance through predictable budgeting, preventative maintenance, and fast UK-wide engineering support.
From essential cover for low-volume sites to comprehensive protection for high-demand operations, each tier helps prevent costly downtime and protects your machine, your revenue, and your customer experience.
Our 1-Year Service Contract includes:
- Parts and labour for 12 months
- Call-out charges for 12 months
- Phone support and technical advice (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Note: Weekend call-outs are not included and will incur an additional charge.
How often should a coffee machine be serviced?
Most machines should be serviced every 12–18 months, though heavy or continuous use may require more frequent checks.
Please note: Most of our espresso machines include a 12-month parts-only warranty. A service contract is required to maintain the machine’s health and ensure continued support.
Free technical support is not included with machine purchases alone, but is fully included when you take out a service contract.
